Engine 105 from The Woodlands Fire Department arrived on scene and confirmed one vehicle had left the road, rolled over and came to rest on its roof, entrapping one patient.
Other Woodlands' units arrived soon after and worked to extricate the patient from the vehicle.
The entrapped patient and one other patient were transported by ground to a local hospital.
Both patients were in stable condition.
The cause of incident is under investigation.
