District 1 - Lt. Darrel Conn (North County)

MCSO District Map

On 12/09/08 Deputy Terrell responded to FM 1097 East at Tanyard Road, in reference to a suspicious person. On arrival, a belligerent, intoxicated female was found standing in the ditch. This individual refused to calm down and became irrational and uncooperative. She was arrested and transported to female booking - charge - Public Intoxication.

On 12/10/08 Deputy Holcomb was dispatched to the 500 block of Stephen F. Austin, in Conroe, in reference to a Family Disturbance. On arrival and after the investigation, a twenty-one year old female was arrested. She had reportedly attacked a thirty-two year old male with a large piece of wood while he was sleeping. Class "A" Assault charges were filed upon booking.

On 12/13/08 Deputy Bourne was dispatched to the 9,000 block of Inwood, in Willis, in reference to an Assault Family Violence. As reported, a verbal disturbance that had been occurring most of the day, had now become more serious when a thirty-two year old male choked, struck and bit the complainant. The male was arrested and transported. He was charged with Family Violence Assault and a bond of $1000 was set.

On 12/13/08 Sergeant Rogers was dispatched to the 2,000 block of Acorn Place, in Cleveland, in reference to a Family Violence Call. The investigation revealed that an assault had occurred when a thirty year old male reportedly assaulted a twenty-three year old female by slapping her in her nose and mouth, causing her nose to bleed. There is also a history of unreported violence between these individuals. The male was arrested without further incident. A bond of $1500 was set.

On 12/14/08 Deputy Kader responded to a fight in progress, on Oakwood Street, in Willis. The disturbance involved several female individuals. Two females were arrested for Public Intoxication and one female was arrested for an active warrant. This case is referred to Justice Court for final disposition.

On 12/14/08 Deputy Terrell was dispatched to Vick Road, in District Three, on an assistance call Welfare Concern. A male individual was found passed out on the couch and was non-responsive. EMS personnel were also on location. During initial assessment of the individual's medical condition, he became belligerent and aggressive. He was yelling and began to challenge Deputy Terrell and EMS personnel. The individual swung and grabbed at Deputy Terrell and grabbed her Taser. He was eventually taken into control by the assistance of the EMS personnel; Greffin and Glaze. Deputy Terrell's hand and arm were injured in the altercation. The individual was taken into custody and charged with Assault on a Public Servant and Attempt to Take Weapon from Peace Officer. David D. Johnson Jr. is charged with several Felony charges. A $50,000 bond was set.

On 12/15/08 Corporal Smith was at Pine Hollow Drive, in Willis, investigating a Family Disturbance. While checking all persons on scene via Dispatch, one female was found to have an active warrant; Theft by Check. She was taken into custody without incident.

District 2 - Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)
On 12/05/08 at approximately 2158 hours, Dep. Martin was dispatched to a business at 32858 FM 2978 in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival he met with the Asset Protection Coordinator (APC). The APC stated that he began an investigation on an employee (WF 19) who was putting money on gift cards, but not putting any money in the registers. The total amount of gift cards was $1100. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On 12/13/08 at approximately 1350 hours, Dep. Barber was dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident on New Trails Drive. It was reported that a vehicle traveling at a very high rate of speed lost control and jumped two curbs and crashed into the trees. Upon arrival Dep. Barber met with the driver who stated he was going approximately 35-40 mph when his back tire blew and he lost control. After conducting an investigation of the scene and the skid marks and with the help of DPS Trooper Chapman, it was estimated that the subject was actually traveling at 73.8 mph. The subject would be taken into custody for Reckless Driving and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

District 3 - Lt. Jim Fleming (East County)
On December 8, Deputy S. Ortiz was sent to the 11200 block of Fostoria Road in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he had been assaulted by his son. The male suspect was upset about a 4 wheeler that his father would not let him ride. The male suspect started cursing and threatening the complainant. The suspect grabbed a knife and waived it in a threatening manner toward the complainant. The suspect left the location only to return and be detained by the Deputy. The 21 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 6:14pm and transported to jail.

On December 9, Deputy K. Pickerill was dispatched to the 24000 block of McShane Road in reference to a welfare concern. The Deputy made contact with a female in a pickup truck parked in the middle of the roadway with keys in the ignition. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Harrison County. The 36 year old female from Houston was arrested at 7:10am and transported to jail.

On December 9, Deputy J. Chapa was notified of an intoxicated male inside a store in the 1800 block of North Park Drive. The male was prevented from leaving by the store clerk. The 62 year old male from Fort Worth was arrested at 2:15pm and taken to jail.

On December 10, Corporal W. Kendrick responded to an accident in a parking lot in the 20800 block of FM 1485. The Deputy met with a male who stated his vehicle had been hit by another vehicle that drove off. After checking the damage the Deputy found the damage was not consistent to what the male was describing as having taken place. During the investigation the male finally admitted that the damage had occurred at another location and was his fault. The 19 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 3:45pm, charged with making a false report and transported to jail.

On December 10, Deputy C. Turrentine received a call about a vehicle, traveling northbound on Hwy 59, and seen swerving all over the road and almost hitting other vehicles. Another Deputy stopped the vehicle in the 18400 block of Hwy 59. Deputy Turrentine did the investigation. The male was found to be intoxicated. The 49 year old male from Devine, TX, was arrested at 4:59pm, charged with DWI 2nd and taken to jail.

On December 12, Deputy J. Amstutz observed a traffic violation on FM 1314 and Andrew Lane. The Deputy attempted to stop the vehicle and the vehicle sped off in an attempt to elude. The vehicle was eventually stopped in the 23300 block of Smith Road. Two males in the vehicle attempted to quickly walk away from the vehicle and were stopped by the Deputy. During the investigation, one of the males was found to be in possession of hydrocodone. The other male was found to be intoxicated. A 22 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 10:30am and charged with possession of a controlled substance. The other male, 29 years of age, from Porter was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Both males were taken to jail.

On December 12, Deputy J. Chapa was sent to the 23600 block of FM 1485 for a disturbance call. An intoxicated female on location was said to be trying to break into vehicles and causing a disturbance. The 44 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 7:02pm and transported to jail.

On December 12, Deputy C. Curry was notified of a theft at the Porter Wal-Mart. The Deputy met with the loss prevention officer who was detaining a male for shop lifting. The male had allegedly taken $70.40 work of merchandise and left without paying for the items. The 26 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 11:08pm and taken to jail.

On December 13, Deputy C. Evans was dispatched to the 23400 block of Hwy 242 in reference to a disturbance that had originated in the 14600 block of Half Circle. The male resisted detention and several officers assisted in gaining control of the suspect. The male suspect and his wife had been in an argument that turned physical. The male attempted to drive away and the wife grabbed onto the vehicle. The male slammed on the brakes trying to throw her off the vehicle. He then got out and pulled her off the vehicle onto the ground. He drove off. She jumped into a vehicle with other persons and followed the suspect to the Hwy 242 location. There has been a history of violence between the two. The 33 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 12:08am, charged with family violence assault, resisting detention and also a violation of probation (possession of marijuana) warrant out of Liberty County. He was taken to jail.

On December 13, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 19600 block of Summer Hills Blvd. The vehicle was occupied by a male and female. As the male driver was exiting the vehicle the Deputy observed a handgun under the arm rest. During the investigation it was found the female had a protective order out on the male. The 24 year old male from Porter was arrested at 8:00pm, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, violation of a protective order, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to jail.

On December 13, Deputy A. White was sent to the area of E. Martin Drive and Vale Lane in reference to a welfare concern involving a male in the ditch. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated. The 42 year old male from Houston was arrested at 9:12pm and transported to jail.

Warrants served:
A 48 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:06pm, December 9, in the 14200 block of Cottonwood Lane by Deputy J. Guion for a theft by check warrant out of Polk County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The male was taken to jail.

A 22 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 12:50pm, December 11, in the 20300 block of Red Oak Lane by Deputy C. Azwell for a motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County. The original charge was possession of a controlled substance. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The female was taken to jail.

A 49 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 1:43pm, December 13, in the 16500 block of Aldrich by Deputy R. Layman for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The female was taken to jail.

A 24 year old female from Houston was arrested at 12:39pm, December 14, in the 1400 block of North Park Drive by Deputy J. Amstutz for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The female was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on a traffic violation. The female was transported to jail.

District 4 - Lt. Art Galloway (West County)

On 12/9/08 Deputy K. Williams was dispatched to Rickett Rd. for a burglary of a building report. Upon arrival he met with the complainant who stated he discovered his nail gun (valued at $400) missing from his metal storage shed. The complainant supplied information for the report including a possible suspect. This case referred to CID-Detectives.

On 12/12/08 Deputy A. Gonzalez met with a complainant at the D4 patrol office. The complainant wanted to report on the burglary of a habitation. The information provided by the complainant included the theft of 10 mini blinds ($200) and 1 white wood medicine cabinet ($100). This case referred to CID-Detectives.

On 12/12/08 Deputy G. Kerr was dispatched to Lake Circle for a burglary (past) report. Upon arrival at the location Deputy Kerr met with the complainant to obtain information for the report. The complainant stated that she recently discovered that her 5500 watt Storm Responder generator was missing from her garage. The Briggs/Stratton black/red generator is valued at $800. This case referred to CID-Detectives.

On 12/13/08 Deputy K. Krolczyk was dispatched to Peden Rd. in reference to a theft. When she arrived on location she met with the complainant who provided information for the report. The complainant also provided a description of the items stolen which included equipment/tools, household appliance, and sports equipment (saddle). Estimated combined value of the stolen items stated as $800. This case referred to CI-Detectives.

On 12/13/08 Deputy K. Williams was dispatched to Kentucky Avenue in reference to burglary of a habitation report. When he arrived at the location he met with the complainant show stated she had secured her residence on this date when she left. When she returned home 2 hours later she found that an unknown person(s) had entered her residence and removed property without her consent. She had not seen anyone suspicious in the area when she left. The total value of the items taken is estimated at $2,250 and includes jewelry and silver and gold coin collections. This case referred to CID-Detectives.

On 12/14/08 Deputy T. Slusher was dispatched to Inverness in reference to burglary of a habitation. Upon his arrival he met with the complainant who provided the information for the report. The complainant stated the total loss came to approximately $4,600 for the missing laptop computers and various equipment/tools. This case referred to CID-Detectives.

On 12/15/08 Deputy B. Crandell met with a complainant at the D4 patrol office in reference to a burglary of a vehicle report. The complainant stated someone had stolen her purse from her vehicle which was parked in her driveway on Octavia Dr. The stolen items included a woman's brown leather purse ($250), eyeglasses ($200), and various Rx medications ($275). This case referred to CID-Detectives.

District 5 - Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)

On 12-12-08 Deputy Bishop responded to an alarm call in the 26300 block of Old Hwy 105 W. Upon his arrival he observed forced entry and contacted a key holder. The jukebox on location had the money box removed and the money taken. Case was forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

On 12-11-08 Deputy Garner responded to the 19000 block of Walding Rd. in reference to a burglary of a habitation. The complainant advised that numerous electronic items and several pieces of jewelry were stolen from her home. The total value of the items stolen is about $6,500. The case was forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

On 12-10-08 Sgt. Welch responded to the 21700 block of Sharp Rd. in reference to a theft past. Unknown actors stole an Ingersoll Rand air compressor valued at $12,000.The case was forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

On 12-8-08 Deputy Lennon responded to the 3200 block of Ramblewood in reference to a burglary of a building. It was determined that an unknown juvenile broke into a garage and spray painted the back of a 2006 Chevy Impala. The damage to the vehicle was valued at $2000. The spray paint that was used was stolen from the garage also.

On 12-13-08 Cpl. Wilkins responded to the 25800 block of Taylor Rd. in reference to another 911 call. A report was generated for false report and abusive calls to 911. The case was forwarded to detectives for follow up.

On 12-9-08 Deputy Wiesepape responded to the 13100 block of F.M. 149. He took a report for Credit Card Abuse and theft. During the investigation it was alleged that an employee had used a company credit card to make several unauthorized purchases from local business. The employee then kept all of the merchandise that he had purchased.

On 12-9-08 Deputy Jordan responded to the 12900 block for a burglary of a habitation where medications and cash were stolen from the residence. The case was forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

On 12-9-08 Deputy Wiesepape responded to the 12500 block of Walden in reference to a found property call. Several boat motors and items removed from boats located at the Walden Marina were recovered. During the investigation it was determined that a possible suspect for the stolen property was arrested by Pct. 1 constables of the marine division earlier this date in reference to several other thefts. The case was forwarded to detectives for follow up.

On 12-13-08 Deputy Favorat responded to the 21200 block of Bays Chapel Rd to assist several game wardens on a poaching issue. Upon his arrival he assisted Game Wardens Meinkowsky, Heaton and Forest Service officer Mcgallicher. They arrested 3 males for various charges and recovered several weapons.

District 6 - Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)

On 12/13/08 at approximately 1537 Dep. Cano was dispatched to a business at 1420 Lake Woodlands in reference to a theft. Upon arrival he met with the Assistant Manager who stated that on this date, she was a witness during an interview between their Loss Prevention Officer and one of their cashiers W/F 17. During the course of the interview the suspect admitted to taking over $700 from various registers. Dep. Cano collected Voluntary Statements from the Loss Prevention Officer and the Assistant manager. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On 12/10/08 at approximately 1524 hours, Dep. Viands was dispatched to a business at 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival he met with the Loss Prevention Officer (LPO). The LPO stated that on this date, they observed the subjects (WF20 and WF21) enter the store and begin selecting several items and enter the fitting rooms. After leaving the fitting rooms empty handed, store employees checked the rooms and none of the merchandise was located. The suspects passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where they were then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $223.91. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

On 12/12/08 at approximately 1422 hours, Dep. Birch was dispatched to a business at 3040 College Park Dr. in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival he met with the Asset Protection Coordinator (APC). The APC stated that on this date, they observed the subject (wm19) enter the store electronics department and select a PS2 video game and a 16 GB thumb drive. The subject was seen putting the thumb drive in his pocket before proceeding to the sporting goods department. Once there he was observed placing the video game in his waist line of his pants. The subject passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where he was then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $119.72. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

On 12/14/08 at approximately 0105 hours, Dep. Hook was dispatched to a business at 3040 College Park Dr. in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival he met with the Asset Protection Coordinator (APC). The APC stated that on this date, they observed the suspects (BF18 and BF18) enter the store cosmetic department and select numerous items that they later concealed in their purses. In the shoe department one suspect handed the other a pair of boots to conceal in the larger purse. Both suspects approached the check out and paid for items that were not concealed. Then the suspects passed several points of purchase without attempting to pay for the concealed merchandise and exited the store where they were then stopped by Loss Prevention officers and escorted back into the store and processed for theft. The recovered merchandise was valued at $54.39 and $50.80. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
