This meeting includes new directors which were elected in the May 10, 2008 election.

For those without the time or inclination or tenacity to listen to the entire meeting, please make note of the discussion which starts at 72:45 minutes. Some of the newly elected members (Tom Campbell and Claude Hunter), most assuredly at the urging of Mr. Tough, attempt to anoint Bruce Tough as co-chair, effectively circumventing a policy which currently only allows board members to be considered for board officer positions after they have served a full year on the board. The 10 minute discussion which ensues is interesting.
