District 1 - Lt. Darrel Conn (North County)
On 6/18/08 at 2:35 PM Deputy Peckne was dispatched to the 15,000 block of Bart Lake Road, in Conroe, in reference to a Disturbance - Family Violence in Progress. The two parents had reportedly been arguing and physically fighting. The only witness to this altercation was a six year old child who told the Deputy that, "Mama had been hitting and biting Daddy." A 28 year old female was arrested and transported to female booking and charged with Assault, causing bodily injury; a class "A" misdemeanor.
On 6/18/08 at 11:34 PM Deputy Waxler was dispatched to the 10,000 block of Barberry, in Willis, in reference to a disturbance. On arrival, a 43 year old male was arrested for assaulting a 62 year old female. The male was charged with Assault - causing bodily injury. The 62 year old female refused medical treatment and the male was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the 62 year old female's residence.
On 6/20/08 Deputy Kader received a dispatched call at approximately 1:15 AM, in reference to a Theft in Progress (copper wire). Witnesses living nearby suspected someone had damaged area telephone lines when the telephone suddenly went dead while one witness was talking on the phone. Deputies were very close to the area reported by witnesses. Deputy Kader located a suspect vehicle leaving the area and conducted a traffic stop. The Deputy found that the two male suspects were dressed in camo type clothing and were in possession of tools used in the cutting and stripping of copper wire. Wire was found in the vehicle. The witnesses identified the suspects and the vehicle. Forty-two year old Scott Diamond and thirty-four year old Jason Jobe were both arrested and charged with Theft of Copper Wire (Felony) and Criminal Mischief (Disruption of Communication Transmission Lines) (Felony).
On 06/20/08 at 10:00 PM Deputy Degner responded to a disturbance at the 2000 block of Golden, in Willis, where a twenty-nine year old male was arrested and charged with Assault - Family Violence; Class "A". Prosecution is pending.
District 2 - Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)
On 06/18/08, 1301, Deputy B. Rogers responded to a Forgery in Progress on FM 2978. Upon arrival, he made contact with four suspects in the parking lot and lobby. One W/F, 19, had a Felony Theft warrant through Harris County. She was arrested. A W/M, 17, was in the process of passing a forged check. He was arrested for Forgery x 2, SJF.
On 06/22/08, 1630, Deputies M. Uber and T. Ward were dispatched to FM 1488/FM 2978 in reference to a disturbance in progress. They were advised a gold Chevrolet Malibu with a dent on the passenger side door was involved. A male pointed a chrome pistol at the occupants of a pickup truck. He forced the truck off the road and it stuck in the front porch of a residence. The gold Chevrolet was located -and four males were seen running on a power line easement. Two of the four were caught and placed in custody. Deputy Ward found a pistol approximately 30 yards from the area of the arrests. Later, Cpl. J. Russell apprehended another of the subjects. On W/M, 22, was arrested for Evading Arrest, M/A, and Possession of Controlled Substance, SJF. Another W/M, 25, was arrested for Evading Arrest, M/A. The third W/M was arrested for Failure to Identify, M/B.
District 3 - Lt. Jim Fleming (East County)
On June 16, Deputy G. Jackson was sent to the 15500 block of Westgate Lane in reference to a threat call. On arrival the Deputy met with a male on location that was found to be highly intoxicated. The 21 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:45am and taken to jail.
On June 16, Corporal D. Miller was contacted by a female that had stopped at the District 3 Office in reference to her son that was extremely intoxicated in the parking lot at the office. The female advised her son was out on bond. The Deputy made contact with the male. The 18 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 10:50am and transported to jail.
On June 16, Deputy S. Ortiz was dispatched to the area of Hwy 242 and Hayden Road to the scene of an accident and the driver fleeing the scene. During the investigation the Deputy learned that the wife of the driver had called in to report the vehicle stolen. Other Deputies were at the suspect's residence and detained a male and his wife for further investigation. Both were brought back to the scene. A witness was interviewed and the male was identified as the fleeing driver. The wife, a 41 year old female from Conroe, was charged with false report to a peace officer. The 45 year old male also from Conroe was charged with FSRA. Both were arrested at 10:03pm and 10:09pm, respectively, and transported to jail.
On June 16, Deputy L. Ray was dispatched to the 19200 block of Pickering Road in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with the female complainant who advised she and her husband had gotten into a verbal argument. The male then knocked her out of a chair and began kicking her. The male pulled a knife and was going to use it when the female grabbed his hands not allowing the knife to open. The female was able to escape and call 9-1-1. The 40 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 11:31pm and transported to jail.
On June 17, Deputy J. Walker was sent to the 24600 block of FM 1314 in reference to a disturbance in progress. On arrival the Deputy confronted three males, two of which were highly intoxicated. The two males, 19 and 21 years of age, one from Humble and the other from Houston, respectively, were arrested at 3:30am and transported to jail.
On June 17, Deputy C. Evans was traveling east on Hwy 242 and observed a vehicle swerving on the roadway almost striking other vehicles. The Deputy was able to get the vehicle stopped and noticed the driver to be intoxicated. The 60 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:27pm and charged with DWI. He was transported to jail.
On June 18, Deputy J. Howze was dispatched to the 27300 block of FM 2090 in reference to a welfare check. The Deputy spoke with the clerk on location and was advised a female had come into the store intoxicated. The Deputy located the female and found she had been taking xanax. The 30 year old female from Splendora was arrested at 11:30am and transported to jail.
On June 18, Deputy J. Walker was sent to the 23600 block of FM 1485 in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with the female complainant who advised she had been jumped on and assaulted by two males and a female. All had fled the scene. Another call was taken and the female suspect had been located. The Deputy found the female hiding under a trailer The 45 year old female was arrested at 1:30am and transported to jail.
On June 18, Deputy J. Guion responded to a family violence assault call in the 22900 block of Hwy 59. The Deputy was notified the female victim had been transported to the hospital. The male suspect had also been transported there. The Deputy learned from the female that she and her boyfriend (the suspect) had gotten into an argument and he knocked her down and drug her by the hair around the house. The male then started kicking her in the abdominal area (she is eight months pregnant). The female attempted to call 9-1-1 when he broke the phone preventing her from calling. The female was taken to the ER with her injuries and the fact she could not feel the baby moving. The male was taken to the ER because he passed out from all the alcohol and drugs he had consumed. The 20 year old male was arrested at 1:30am and taken to jail. He was charged with assault, interference with an emergency call and a surety to surrender warrant out of Montgomery County.
On June 18, Deputy D. Rippley was notified of a disturbance in progress call in the 27400 block of Burning Tree. The Deputy located the male suspect leaving the area in a van. The Deputy found that the male had made several threats to several people on the street and had also been seen carrying a handgun. The 41 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 5:38pm and transported to jail.
On June 19, Deputy P. Rex was dispatched to the 20100 block of Hwy 59 in reference to a welfare concern. The Deputy located a male passed out in his vehicle. The male was found to be intoxicated. The 46 year old male from Houston was arrested at 3:05am and transported to jail.
On June 19, Deputy D. Rippley was sent to the 23700 block of Hwy 59 for a forgery call. The Deputy met with the complainant who advised a female had entered the store to cash a large check. The complainant found that the check was fraudulent. The 32 year old female from Huffman was arrested at 2:48pm and transported to jail.
On June 19, Corporal S. Spiller responded to the Valero station located on FM 1314 at Sorters Road for a vehicle in a ditch and the occupants had gone into the station. One of the males was located on the pay phone and the other was located at the front of the store. Both males were intoxicated. A 36 year old male from Porter and a 47 year old male from Houston were arrested at 10:50pm and transported to jail.
On June 20, Deputy K. Koonce was sent to the 20800 block of Hwy 59 in reference to an intoxicated male seen falling down in the parking lot. It was determined the male had no medical issues and was just intoxicated. The 45 year old male from Huffman was arrested at 5:00pm and transported to jail.
On June 21, Deputy C. Murray was notified of a family violence assault call in the 20700 block of Old Houston Road. The Deputy met with the female complainant who advised she and her ex-husband had been at a bar and returned to her house when an argument ensued. The male began throwing things at her and when she was hit with a cooler it knocked her down where he started choking her. He threw her on the bed and choked her again. She attempted to call 9-1-1 and he prevented it. The 26 year old male from Kingwood was arrested at 4:04am and transported to jail.
On June 21, Deputy G. Harman was dispatched to the Wal-Mart in Porter for a theft call. On arrival the Deputy met with the manager who was detaining a male for theft. The male had taken a computer worth $644.35 and left the store without paying. The 20 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:50am and transported to jail.
On June 21, Deputy J. Walker responded to the 23600 block of Hwy 59 in reference to a welfare concern. The Deputy located a male passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. The male was highly intoxicated. The 33 year old male from Spring was arrested at 11:00pm and taken to jail.
On June 22, Deputy J. Varnell was notified that an off duty HPD officer was following an intoxicated driver in the area of Hwy 59 and Northpark. The vehicle turned on FM 1314 and the Deputy located it on W. Terrace Drive. The 40 year old male from Porter was arrested at 7:57pm and charged with DWI and transported to jail.

A 43 year old male from Porter was arrested at 11:00pm, June 16, in the 24300 block of Ford Road by Corporal S. Spiller for a terroristic threat warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious person call. The male was transported to jail.
A 21 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 7:40pm, June 17, in the area FM 1314 and Gene Campbell Road by Deputy J. Guion for a criminal mischief warrant out of Montgomery County and ten traffic warrants out of JP 4 Montgomery County. The Deputy had stopped the male on a traffic violation. He was taken to jail.
A 26 year old male from Porter was arrested at 9:30pm, June 17, in the 24200 block of FM 1314 by Deputies J. Bruce and S. Ortiz for two theft warrants and two DWI warrants, all out of Montgomery County. The male had called to turn himself in. He was transported to jail.
A 29 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 7:12pm, June 18, in the 21400 block of Naples Hollow by Deputies S. Ortiz and J. Bruce for a bond forfeiture (forgery) warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputies had received information on the location of the female. She was on the fugitive warrant list. She was transported to jail.
A 37 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 1:14pm, June 19, in the 18700 block of Willshire by Deputy C. Azwell for an assault warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a welfare concern. The male was transported to jail.
A 21 year old male from Houston was arrested at 4:30pm, June 20, in the 20800 block of Hwy 59 by Deputy J. Varnell for a theft of a firearm warrant out of Harris County. The Deputy was investigating a traffic hazard. The male was transported to jail.
District 4 - Lt. Art Galloway (West County)
On 6/17/08 Deputy A. Sumrall was dispatched to Diamond Creek Dr. in reference to a theft call. When Deputy Sumrall arrived he met with the complainant who stated the stolen items had been located in the attached garage area of the house. Complainant stated the 12 Moen faucets and 12 Moen shower fixtures that were stolen were valued $1,800. The case was referred to the detectives.
On 6/17/08 Deputy E. Diaz responded to a call on Amarillo St. in reference to burglary of a habitation and theft of copper. Upon arrival Deputy Diaz met with the complainant who stated that when he left his rental property on 6/14/08 all was in place and secure. On 6/16/08 his realtor went to the property to show it to a possible tenant. At that point in time the next door neighbor called the complainant to say there was water all over the residence. A plumber was called to find and fix any leak, but when he tried to shut the power off to the residence he noticed that the copper wiring in the control box was missing and the wire leading to the residence cut.
The plumber discovered copper wire in the attic was cut and missing and it looked like the person who was in the attic stepped on the wet sheetrock and fell through it. The cost to replace copper wiring, ruined carpet, damaged ceiling, and copper coil from A/C unit estimated at $9,000. Case referred to detectives.
On 6/18/08 Deputy H. Suarez was dispatched to Decker Prairie Rosehill in reference to the violation of a protective order. CPS was doing a welfare check at the residence where the found the suspect holding his son in his arms. The suspect (who was arrested and taken to county jail in Conroe) had been court ordered to have only supervised visits at the CPS office in Conroe with his infant son. This case was referred to Assistant District Attorney's office for prosecution.
On 6/18/08 Cpl F. Webb was dispatched to Walnut Creek in reference to theft of copper. When Cpl. Webb arrived on location she met with the complainant who stated that he had purchased the property and had hired a crew to clear off the land, including the structures. The clearing crew had a motor home on the property that they used during the day so they were still using electric (poles still standing and lines still attached). The complainant received a call from the clearing crew stating someone had cut the wires from the pole to the house, garage, and well and stolen approximately 190' of copper wire. The estimated loss is $400. This case was referred to detectives.
On 6/20/08 Deputy A. Gurka was dispatched to Idle in Magnolia in reference to burglary of a habitation. When she arrived on location she met with the complaint who stated she and her husband were out of town for 5 days. Upon their return they found the front door damaged, all the drawers pulled open and her jewelry boxes open. Various items had been stolen. Total dollar amount of loss estimated at $1,070. Case referred to detectives.
On 6/20/08 Deputy K. Krolczyk was dispatched to Edgewater Drive (to a residence currently under construction) in reference to theft of copper. Upon arrival she met with the complainant who stated she had received a call from the framers and the sheetrock installer advising that the home had been burglarized and copper wire going to the A/C unit had been stolen. The cost to replace the copper wire estimated at $200. Case referred to detectives.
On 6/20/08 Deputy E. Hollan was dispatched to Hazy Hollow in reference to a theft report. Upon her arrival she met with the complainant who stated that while he was gone from his home for approximately 8 hours on this date, his 8000 BTU Samsung A/C unit and an in-house A-frame A/C coils were missing from the carport area. Another, heavier, A/C unit had been moved approximately two feet. Deputy Hollan got information for the report and obtained evidence that was submitted to the crime lab in Conroe. This case referred to detectives.
On 6/21/08 Deputy D. LaSalle and Deputy T.R. Slusher were dispatched to Kristina Circle in Montgomery in reference to a report of theft. When the officers arrived on scene Deputy LaSalle met with the complainant to obtain information for the report. A Kear utility trailer had been stolen. The trailer also contained a tool box, a ladder and a winch. Trailer valued at $3,500. The equipment on the trailer valued at $420. This case referred to Auto Theft Task Force and the detectives division.
On 6/22/08 Deputy E. Hollan was dispatched to Timber Ranch in Magnolia for a burglary of habitation report. When she arrived she met with the complainant and obtained information for the report. The total dollar loss was reported at $1,300. This case referred to detectives.
On 6/23/08 Deputy A. Gurka was dispatched to Crown Oaks Drive in Montgomery in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. When she arrived at the location she met with the complainant who supplied information for the report. There was no damage done to the vehicle but a Garmin GPS and a black handheld portable CB radio were missing from the front seat console. Total value of the two stolen items reported as $400. This case referred to detectives.
District 5 - Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
June 16, 2008 @ 7:41 pm. Deputy Enloe responded to a Attempted Kidnapping call in the 4700 block of Jackson Road. The juvenile complainant said she was walking home and a white 1985-1990 Dodge mini-van occupied by one black female and one black male pulled beside her and tried to get her to enter the van. The complainant said the female was driving and the male was in the back seat with the door open and he was saying "hey baby come get in". The complainant started running toward her home and the van pulled into the ditch blocking. She turned and ran around the van to her home. The complainant said she had never seen the occupants of the van before. An attempt to locate was aired for the white van. No license plate was seen and no other description could be given. This case will be forwarded to the Detective Division for follow up.
June 16, 2008 @ 8:52 am. Deputy Blackwell responded to a Credit Card Abuse call in the 14000 block of Austin-McComb Road. The complainant said she had been at a party at that location and two suspects stole her purse. The suspects stole some cash and a credit card. The complainant called and canceled the credit card. The next day the credit card company called to advise the complainant that her credit card had been used in Montgomery. Texas. The two suspects are known and this case will be forwarded to the Detective Division for charges to be filed.
June 17, 2008 @ 8:58 pm. Deputies Neeley, Enloe and Farmer responded to an Assault (Family Violence) and Terroristic Threat call in the 13300 block of Enchated Way Drive. The two complainants said their son was arguing with his mother. The father came to assist his wife due to the reported violence occurring in the past. The complainant and suspect got into a fight. The suspect hit the complainant in the face several times causing injury. The suspect also threw a rock and broke out the window in the complainant's vehicle. The first complainant filed charges on the suspect for Assault. The second complainant filed charges on the suspect for threatening to kill her and her husband. The suspect was arrested and placed in the Montgomery County Jail. Bond was set at $2,250.
June 21, 2008 @ 11:20 pm. Deputy Farmer conducted a traffic stop in the 16700 block of Hwy. 105 West. While talking to the driver (suspect) of the vehicle it was determined the suspect was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for D.W.I. and placed in the Montgomery County Jail. Bond was set at $500.
June 19, 2008 @ 5:00 pm. Deputy Thompson responded to a traffic accident in the 15000 block of Walden Road. Upon investigating the accident it was found a young male road his bicycle across Walden Road. A vehicle struck the rear wheel of the bicycle. The young male riding the bicycle had a cut on his forehead. The vehicle had the ride-a-way and the bicycle rider road in front of him.
District 6 - Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)
On 06/20/08, 0138, Deputies T. Conklin and W. Rawley were flagged down at 21 Waterway Ave. and advised a W/M had marked on the inside of a bathroom stall. The male, 24, was found and he admitted he marked on the bathroom stall. He was arrested for Criminal Mischief, M/A.
During the week of 06/17/08 - 06/30/18, District VI deputies arrested 10 individuals for Shoplifting/Theft.
