On June 16th, 2008 at approximately 5pm members of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SIU along with Walker County Sheriff's Office executed a narcotics search warrant in the 200 block of I-45 North, City of Conroe. Inside the residence was found 5 pre-packaged cocaine bags. The items were ready for sale to the public. During the search of the residence, several weapons were found and 3 of the weapons were stolen from the Walker County area. The weapons were located in the same area of the cocaine. The female, Tekidra Chanson Washington was found asleep in the room with the cocaine and the weapons. She told us the cocaine was her boyfriends and she did not know how the guns got in her bedroom.
Charges:
Possession of Controlled Substance > 4g < 200g Cocaine
Charges will be pending on the stolen weapons.

On June 17, 2008 we conduct an investigation into an online gambling from the Costa Rica. The individuals who were running this operation live in the 7000 block of Durango Creek Drive, Magnolia Texas. During this investigation we made contact with several federal organized who provided us with more information in regards to this operation. The investigation revealed this residence was receiving large amounts of money through the postal service. Once at the residence we found several packages from other parts of the United States, which at one point had several thousands of dollars inside. Found in one room were several connections to satellite TV systems for the suspect to watch sporting events in regards to his book making operation. The suspect (Franciscotty, Justin) was stopped leaving this residence in his 2006 Cadillac Escalade. The suspect was found with over $6000.00 in his pocket. Once inside the residence, we found additional $10,000.00 in cash. We also found a receipt from the Ritz Carlton Cancun from April 2008 until September 2008 with the bill totaling over $44,000.00. This information will be forward to federal officials about the spending happens of these individuals.
