District 2 - Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)
While working special assignment for seat belt enforcement on 05/25/08, 1559, Cpl. J. P. Gonzales observed a driver without his seat belt on. He directed the driver to stop and pull to the shoulder, but driver continued. After approximately ¼ miles the driver stopped. The driver was removed and placed into the back of the patrol vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, two rocks of crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe were found. Driver, B/M, 66, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, SJF.
On 05/27/08, 1404, was dispatched to the 600 block of Sawdust Road in reference to a Disturbance in Progress. Upon arrival, he met with white male, 22, who became belligerent several times during the interview. Deputy Rogers observed a small bud of marijuana in plain view in the cup holder of the male's vehicle. After speaking with a witness about the disturbance, suspect was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, M/B, Disorderly Conduct, M/C and D.W.L.I, M/C.
Deputies B. Veith and M. Beasley were contacted in reference to a person with a weapon. Upon arrival in the 300 block of Sawdust Road, they met with the witness. He advised a customer at the bar possibly had a weapon. Deputy Veith made contact with the white male, 23, and could see a bulge in his waistband. A pat down of the male produced a Sig Sauer handgun. He was placed into custody for Unauthorized Carry of Weapon at Prohibited Place, F/3. While conducting the search, a second subject, W/m< 24, walked up to the scene and a bulge in his waistband produced a black handgun. He also was charged with Unauthorized Carry of Weapon at Prohibited Place.
Deputy D. Hernandez was dispatched on 06/02/08, 0158, to Woodlands Pkwy in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, he made contact with driver, W/M, 27, and could smell a strong odor of alcohol. After driver refused EMS treatment, field sobriety tests were performed by Deputy Hernandez and it was determined the driver was intoxicated. He was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, M/B.
District 3 - Lt. Jim Fleming (East County)
On June 2, Corporal J. Staggs was patrolling in the area of Loop 494 and FM 1485. The Deputy stopped a vehicle traveling northbound on Loop 494 for a traffic violation. The female driver was found to be highly intoxicated. The 26 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 2:45am for DWI and transported to jail.
On June 2, Deputy K. Koonce was sent to the 27300 block of Wagon Wheel in reference to a family violence assault call. On arrival the Deputy observed a male subject running off into a wooded area. The male was detained. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend had been arguing and he threw her on the bed and began striking her with a closed fist. The female had bruising on her right arm and both legs. The 46 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 7:50pm and transported to jail.
On June 3, Corporal J. Staggs and Deputy P. Rex were dispatched to the 26800 block of Wellington Court in reference to an assault call. The Deputies met with a female complainant who advised she was at a friend's house when her friend got into an argument with a male friend. The suspect male then began arguing with the female complainant and slapped on the face. The female attempted to contact 9-1-1 when the male broke the phone. The 32 year old male from Kingwood was arrested at 11:15pm and transported to jail.
On June 4, Deputy C. Evans was notified of a vehicle accident on Roman Forest Blvd. On arrival the Deputy observed a female driver that was intoxicated. The 19 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 1:34am for DWI and transported to jail.
On June 4, Sergeant B. Welch stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation. A female was walking in front of the vehicle and was detained. The male driver was cited for traffic violations. During the ensuing investigation the female was found to be in possession of a dangerous drug and in possession of a controlled substance. The 30 year old female was arrested at 8:30pm and transported to jail.
On June 5, Corporal K. Hayden stopped a vehicle in the 20000 block of Russell Drive for a traffic violation. The vehicle was also possibly used in a theft earlier. During the investigation the male was found to be in possession of 1.03 oz. of marijuana. The 33 year old male from Porter was arrested at 2:30pm and transported to jail.
On June 5, Deputy D. Rippley was dispatched to the 20900 block of Brazos Drive in reference to a burglary in progress. Deputy Rippley along with Pct. 4 Deputy Constables arrived and detained three individuals in process of removing items from the location. Two males, ages 17 and 20, both from New Caney, were arrested at 3:30pm and taken to jail. A 15 year old female was also arrested and taken to Juvenile Detention.
On June 5, Deputy S. Ortiz was notified of a disturbance in progress in the area of Loop 494 and Spears Circle. The Deputy located an intoxicated male and detained him. The 42 year old male, unknown address was arrested at 11:19pm and transported to jail.
On June 7, Deputy G. Jackson was sent to the 18600 block of Clover Path in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband were arguing when he grabbed her by the neck causing her pain. The 26 year old male from Porter was arrested at 2:14am and transported to jail.
On June 7, Sergeant B. Clendennen was dispatched to the 19800 block of Knoll in reference to a family violence assault call. On arrival the Deputy met with a female complainant who advised that she and her ex-boyfriend got into a verbal confrontation when he struck her numerous times on the face and body. The male prevented her from calling 9-1-1 and she had to leave and go to a pay phone to call. The 27 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 3:40am and transported to jail.
On June 7, Deputy J. Varnell was notified of an intoxicated driver in the 18700 block of Hwy 59. The male had been observed traveling all over the roadway and striking a concrete curb. The vehicle was disabled at the Roman Forest underpass. The 30 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 4:18pm for DWI and transported to jail.
On June 7, Deputy K. Koonce responded to a disturbance in progress in the 26800 block of Iron Squire Drive. The Deputy met with the male complainant who advised he and a female neighbor had been arguing over a vehicle earlier in the day. The female came back to the residence later and began yelling at him. She then produced a knife and started chasing him. The male was able to get inside his residence and lock the door. The 41 year old female was arrested at 9:30pm and transported to jail.
On June 8, Deputy J. Walker was sent to the 23100 block of Thelma Lane in reference to a family violence assault call. On arrival the Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her boyfriend was intoxicated and was tearing things up in the house. She attempted to call 9-1-1 when he pushed her and struck on the face. Several persons from next door came over to help and the male hit the complainant's sister on the face. The male broke the cell phone and prevented the 9-1-1 call from going through. The 21 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 1:05am and transported to jail.
On June 8, Deputy L. Ray was notified of a disturbance call in the 23600 block of FM 1485. The Deputy met with a male complainant. The male said he was punched on the mouth by another male who was also on location. The 37 year old male from Houston was arrested at 3:19am and transported to jail.
On June 8, Deputy J. Armstrong was dispatched to a possible DWI driver on Hwy 59 passing Community Drive. The Deputy located the vehicle near Roman Forest and was able to stop it on Parthenon Place. The 18 year old female was arrested at 6:46am for DWI and taken to jail.
On June 8, Deputy J. Guion responded to a disturbance in progress in the 24800 block of FM 1314. The Deputy arrived and met with the female complainant who stated she was in line to pick up food at the restaurant when two males in the vehicle behind her began yelling obscenities at her and honking the horn. The male then rammed his vehicle into her vehicle twice from behind. The 38 year old male driver was arrested at 4:00pm for criminal mischief and taken to jail.

A 44 year old female from Huffman was arrested at 7:08am, June 2, in the 27600 block of Spanish Oaks by Deputy J. Amstutz for a delivery of marijuana warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a welfare concern. The female was taken to jail.
A 28 year old female from Porter was arrested at 8:52pm, June 3, in the 19000 block of Timberland Blvd by Deputy D. Rippley for an assault causing bodily injury warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was assisting another Deputy. The female was taken to jail.
A 45 year old male from Porter was arrested at 5:00pm, June 6, in the area of Fostoria Road and Morgan Cemetery Road by Corporal K. Hayden for an order of arrest warrant for non-child support out of Montgomery County. Another male, 25 years old and from Splendora, was arrested for a possession of marijuana warrant out of Montgomery County. The males were stopped on a traffic violation. The males were transported to jail.
A 45 year old male from Porter was arrested at 1:50pm, June 7, in the 21100 block of Hwy 59 by Deputy J. Amstutz for a DWI 3rd or more warrant out of Montgomery County. The male walked up to the Deputy and advised he had a warrant out on him. The male was taken to jail.
A 23 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:20pm, June 7, in the 23500 block of Hwy 59 by Deputy J. Guion for a DWLI warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received the male from a Humble PD officer. The male was taken to jail.
District 4 - Lt. Art Galloway
On 6/3/08 Deputy H. Suarez was dispatched to Decker Oaks, Pinehurst, TX in reference to a criminal mischief call. When he arrived he met with the complainant who stated her 2006 Hummer had been pelted with eggs while it was parked in her driveway. The broken eggs damaged and chipped the paint on the vehicle. Estimated cost to repaint is $3,000. Case referred to detectives.
On 6/3/08 Deputy A. Sumrall was dispatched to Roberts Cemetery Rd, Hockley, TX in reference to burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival Deputy Sumrall met with the complainant who provided information for the report. The complainant estimated the approximate dollar loss to be $1,750. Case referred to detectives.
On 6/4/08 Deputy T. Messina was dispatched to Baltic Avenue, Park Place, Magnolia, TX for a burglary in progress call. When he arrived on scene the suspects had already fled the scene. Deputy Messina then met with the complainant who provided information for the report. The two suspects had stolen an outside A/C unit valued at $2,500. The case was referred to detectives.
On 6/4/08 Deputy G. Kerr was dispatched to Old Hockley Rd. for a report on Assault/Family Violence. Upon arrival he met with the complainant who provided information and details for the report. Deputy Kerr issued a case number. The case was then referred to detectives for follow-up.
On 6/4/08 Sgt. W. Hammons was dispatched to a welfare check on Ranch Crest Drive. Upon arrival he met with the subject in question. Upon approaching and speaking with the male subject Sgt. Hammons made an arrest for public intoxication. During the search after arrest a green plastic container containing narcotics was found. Sgt. Hammons then transported the male suspect to the county jail. This case has been referred to both the Special Investigations Unit & the District Attorney's Office for follow-up.
On 6/5/08 Deputy D. Birch was dispatched to Laurel Lane in Magnolia, TX in reference to burglary of a habitation. When Deputy Birch arrived he met with the complainant and her son who provided information for the report. Electronic equipment and movies had been stolen from the home. Approximate value of stolen property $1,300. This case referred to detectives.
On 6/5/08 Deputy G. Kerr was dispatched to Evergreen Timbers in Magnolia, TX for a theft report. When Deputy Kerr arrived on-scene he met with the complainant who stated someone had stolen the outside A/C and copper coil from this rental house. The house had been vacant for approximately one month. Cost to replace the unit & coil estimated at $1,400. Case referred to detectives.
On 6/5/08 Cpl. F. Webb was dispatched to Mulligan (Woodforest Golf Cub) in reference to the theft of a sign valued at $1200.00. Upon arrival Cpl. Webb met with the complainant (General Manager of Woodforest Golf Club) who provided detailed information for the report. The case was referred to detectives.
On 6/6/08 Deputy J. Herman was dispatched to Longneck Dr., Magnolia in reference to an Assault/family violence call. Upon arrival Deputy Herman met with the complainant who had very obvious swelling and bruising. He photographed the injuries and the complainant then provided information for the report. A case number was issued. Approximately 5 hours later Deputy Herman was dispatched to the same location a disturbance… At that time the male suspect was arrested and transported to the county jail. The case referred to the District Attorney for the charges filed.
On 6/6/08 Deputy D. Birch along with Deputy J. Herman was dispatched to Lois Lane Dr., Pinehurst, TX in reference to a family violence in progress. Upon arrival they both observed the suspect hitting the complainant. This action was occurring in the driveway outside the home. The suspect took off running as the two deputies exited their patrol vehicles. The suspect refused to stop running, was apprehended, arrested, and placed in Deputy Birch's vehicle where she proceeded kicking the left rear window causing damage to the rear window frame. Charges then escalated to Assault/FV, Evading Arrest and Criminal Mischief. This case referred to the District Attorney's Office.
On 6/7/08 Deputy H. Suarez was dispatched to Deep Woods in reference to a theft call. Upon arrival he met with the complainant who provided information for the report. The complainant stated jewelry valued at $3,500 had been stolen from her home and pawned. This case referred to detectives.
On 6/7/08 Deputy E. Hollan was dispatched to Buttercup in Magnolia in reference to a theft report. When she arrived on location she met with the complainant who provided information for the report. While the complainant was gone from the home for the day someone had entered the home and removed several household good items valued at $550. This case referred to detectives.
On 6/9/08 Deputy A. Gurka met with a complainant at the District 4 Patrol Office in Magnolia who reported the theft of a construction waste container from Masters Circle (High Meadow Ranch subdivision) valued $5,500. This was a large container black in color, 8 feet wide, 6 ½ feet tall and 23 feet long. The complainant stated one of the employees of the builder saw a truck pick up the container and take it away. This case referred to detectives.
On 6/9/08 Cpl F. Webb was dispatched to Decker Pines in reference to a theft. When Cpl. Webb arrived on location she met with the complainant who stated someone had taken 2 rings (valued at $1,800) from her jewelry box. This case referred to detectives.
On 6/10/08 Deputy A. Sumrall along with Sgt. Valenzuela was dispatched to Ashvale in Magnolia in reference to a burglary call. When they arrived they met with the complainant who stated the suspect had entered the home and removed a Sony PlayStation 3 with 2 controllers, 2 necklaces and 1 bracelet. The estimated value of the stolen items stated to be $1,200. This case referred to detectives.
District 5 - Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
June 3, 2008 @ 12:02 am. Deputy J. Farmer conducted a traffic stop in the 5600 block of Honea Egypt Road. While following the suspect's vehicle Deputy Farmer reached speeds of up to 90 MPH. When the suspect's vehicle stopped the driver was found to be very intoxicated. He was arrested for D.W.I. The passenger in the vehicle was arrested for P.I. Both were placed in the Montgomery County Jail.
June 8, 2008 @ 1:15 am. Deputy J. Farmer responded to a Family Violence Assault on April Point South. The people involved had been living together and after getting into an argument the female suspect threw a hairbrush hitting the male causing him pain. The deputy arrested the suspect and placed her in jail. The suspect was placed in the Montgomery County Jail.
June 6, 2008 @ 5:04 pm. Deputy C. Favorat responded to an Indecency with a Child call in the 13000 block of Melville Drive. The three complainants advised while at the swimming pool a Hispanic male removed his pants and was exposing his genitals. The suspect got into a 2000 Saturn vehicle brown in color and left the scene. This case will be forwarded to the Detective Division for follow up.
June 4, 2008 @ 7:35 pm. Deputy A. Neeley responded to a Burglary of a habitation in the 200 block of Sunset Path Road. The complainant said unknown suspect enter her home through the back door. The house was in disarray and over $1,000 worth of jewelry was stolen. Deputy Neeley recovered evidence which will identify the suspect. This case will be forwarded to the Detective Division for follow up.
District 6 - Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)
On 06/02/08, 1630, Deputy D. Houstoun was dispatched to 3000 block of College Park Drive in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, he made contact with Asset Protection employee who advised suspect, W/M, 57, had left the store without paying for several items from the grocery department. He also advised that suspect had been issued a criminal trespass warning and was not to be in the store. Suspect was arrested for Theft, SJF, and Criminal Trespass, M/B.
During the week of 06/03/08 - 06/09/08 there were 13 arrests for Theft/Shoplifting in the Town Center Patrol area.
