Montgomery County, Texas:
In the early morning hours of June 2, 2008, at approximately 3:00 AM, Deputy Farmer with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, was conducting normal patrol operations in the area of State Highway 105 West near 2nd Street in the Dobbin, Texas area.
The deputy heard a loud blast and then felt an impact on the side of the patrol car. The deputy found several shotgun pellet holes in the passenger door. The deputy was not injured.
