Yes I believe so. I had to step out of the house for a moment, but I believe he was captured, and was highly intoxicated. The female officer reported him as being in her back seat, and was needing help getting him out because he was dead weight and uncooperative. The other officer asked for a wrecker to tow away his "Green Van"...

I heard mention of a female, at first I thought she was the victim....not for sure if she was the shooter or not.

Stabbing - Montgomery [by Foz]

Heard reports of a stabbing around 7:00 p.m. on or near Liberty Street in Montgomery, Texas.

It appears a female stabbed a male in the side and the leg.

Have not heard much else.

Update: 8:10 p.m.
Victim was transported by ground to Conroe Hospital. Weapon was reported to be a 3" pocket knife. The wound to the left side was in the lower left abdomen.

Patient appeared stable.

It appears a train derailment in Conroe has shut down the northbound 45 feeder for an undetermined amount of time.

I was not clear on the cross street but looking at the keymap the only railroad which crosses the feeder road in Conroe appears to be at Fm 2854.

UPDATE: 8:10 p.m.

It appears crews are trying to replace a wheel on one of the train cars....guestimate for completion of the wheel replacement was 1 hour.

Heard on the Radio:: Major MVA on FM 1314
2nd MVA reported on FM 1314 in front of Ollie's Pizza/Drive Thru involving 3 vehicles. Life Flight lifted off the ground at 6:34pm from the first accident.

I believe it was a pursuit initiated by Oak Ridge PD.

It ended not long after it started with the car rolling over at the location you stated.

Do not think there were any injuries.

Two Car Fire Incidents - Magnolia Area [by Foz]

Heard on the Radio:: Two Car Fire Incidents - Magnolia Area
At approximately 2:00 a.m. this morning Magnolia Volunteer Fire Department responded to a report of a car fire off what I believe (was half asleep) was Winchester Road/Court just north of FM 1488 a mile or so east of Spur FM 149.

The car was parked in a residential driveway and it was reported the car alarm activated just before the fire was discovered.

Before the fire department could fully extinguish the first car fire a call for another car fire in a residential driveway was reported on Rainy Oaks just across FM 1488 in the Thousand Oaks subdivision.

Reports indicated two vehicles were involved in this incident and this fire was also considered suspicious.

A Montgomery County Fire Marshal made the scene to investigate both incidents.

It did not appear that either house was damaged during the fires.

No injury reports were heard.
